In conclusion, the working voltage of single ultracapacitors is generally 1V-4V, and the common voltage specification of single ultracapacitors is generally 2.7V. In practical application, 16V, 48V, 54V, 75V, 125V or higher voltage is usually needed to meet the use of these devices. Most of these devices are wind power generation, automobile HEV, military starting power supply and microgrid equipment, etc. In order to meet the requirements of these devices, the ultracapacitor module came into being.


The ultracapacitor module is a new energy package which combines several ultracapacitors in series with voltage equalization and discharge stabilizing system and aluminum alloy shell. The birth of supercapacitor module makes up for the defects of lead-acid battery and other energy storage devices. The working temperature range of supercapacitor module is from -40 ℃ to 65℃, which solves the problem that the efficiency of lead-acid battery is greatly reduced in outdoor cold conditions. Moreover, the ultracapacitor module not only has all the characteristics of the ultracapacitor, but also has the status monitoring function, which can better realize maintenance-free and easy maintenance;
